People
ACT assigns an interdisciplinary team, “The Circle,” to work with the client for the duration of the engagement. The core team members are the Account Manager, Project Manager, Consultant and Project Engineer.
Method
ACT engages with your legal team to create consensus on an approach to solve the problems that are identified in the discovery plan. By using tools and mechanisms such as workflow documents, network diagrams, Gantt Charts and by making use of facts, measures and data, ACT creates continuous improvement through collaboration with the client and understanding of their needs.
