ACT uses iCONECTnxt as its web-based repository to enable effective collaboration, with:
- Global access to case information and documents, so internal staff and outside consultants can work together on case materials and stay in sync.
- Minimal requirements for end users (only require a browser on a Windows system).
- Secure multi-level access.
- Case management tools including a centralized case calendar, tasks list and contacts list.
- Integration with existing litigation software.
- The ability to designate documents with customized designation categories, such as “responsive” or “privileged.”
- Flexible redaction capabilities.
- Powerful tracking and searching.
- Batch printing.
ACT also provides “Data Normalization” services on opposing and third-party data we receive; ensuring the architectural integrity of all data loaded into the repository guaranteeing that search results based on fielded data come back right.
