Circle
ACT has combined the disciplines of engineering, account management, project management and consulting to form the ACT Circle. The role of the ACT Circle is to work with our client to solve complex discovery problems with a multi-disciplinary approach.
For each project, we provide an interdisciplinary team of at least four professionals (account manager, project manager, consultant and project engineer) to integrate with the legal team in order to plan, design and implement the discovery process. We call this “The Circle.” Our team becomes part of our clients’ and vice-versa. Teamwork and diverse perspectives provide the best solutions for any problem.
Account Manager
Your account manager has ultimate responsibility to make sure your project succeeds from a time and budget standpoint. He or she handles all of the pricing proposals, service agreements and regular updates regarding our progress. Your account manager facilitates the different members of the ACT Circle to make sure you are getting the level of support you need.
Project Manager
Once your project starts, your project manager is responsible for the day-to-day details of your case including project specific status and priority communication, internally at ACT and with outsourced vendors. Your project manager maintains operating responsibility for communication of your project's status and is the primary daily contact for your project personnel.
Technical Consultant
Your technical consultant's role is understanding and developing the project's process, technical requirements and resources to meet your needs and ours. His or her operating responsibility is development of workflow process and technical design that will meet your project needs. He or she engages in communication and investigatory activities with all required sources to acquire a thorough knowledge and understanding of the scope, timing and technical challenges of a project and to guide you in the direction of best practices.
Project Engineer
Your project engineer is your voice at ACT. His or her job is to make sure that all commitments are met. He ensures that the workflow, process and technical design required can be successfully performed by ACT in the time required. Your project engineer's operating responsibility is to maintain a working knowledge of technology, processes and capacities of ACT and outsourced partners.
